Star Citizen - Multiplayer map - “The Good Doctor”






Overview
My main tasks were to create a new multiplayer map for the - star marine multiplayer mode.
The main requirements were it was to take place on a planet, with an interior and exterior gameplay, starting with 5v5 deathmatch.
Due to being on the project for a short time, I only had time to create the interior blockout section, involving some early internal play testing.

Adjust level geometry to improve player movement flow, sight lines, balancing pacing.
Refine level geometry built using custom modular library and assets
Work with a level artist to make sure the overall vision was met.
Colour coding visuals for walls, cover areas, POIs
Place level objects and cover points.

Place lighting to aid player navigation
Creating Blockout using in-house geo-level creation tools
